The National Seminar and the Inauguration Ceremony of the Tadris Biology Student Association, organized in collaboration with Erlangga Publishing, Medan Branch, were successfully held on October 3, 2024.
The event commenced with a cultural performance by the Tadris Biology student dance team, followed by opening remarks from the organizing committee chairperson, the head of Erlangga Publishing Medan Branch, and a TBIO program representative.
The inauguration was officiated by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni of FITK UINSU, who also formally opened the national seminar, themed “Transforming Biology Education in the Digital Era: Innovation, Technology, and Challenges for Gen Z.” The seminar, moderated by Serly Kusnia Handayani, a class of 2022 student, featured insightful presentations from Prof. Dr. Dwi Suryanto, M.Sc. (Universitas Sumatera Utara), and Mrs. Syarifah Widya Ulfa, M.Pd. (Tadris Biology lecturer). The event concluded with an interactive Q&A session, closing remarks, and a final entertainment segment.
